Chen Zhu is a visiting Ph.D. student in the Ultrasonics and Non-Destructive Testing (UNDT) research group at the University of Bristol. Chen’s research interests are focused on ultrasonic guided wave NDT and SHM. As part of Theme 2, Chen is working on the development of new sensors and imaging techniques to monitor the healthy condition of underground sewage pipes in term of blockage and leakage.
