Jie Zhang is a research fellow in the Ultrasonics and Non-Destructive Testing (UNDT) research group at University of Bristol.  Jie’s research interests are focused on ultrasonic NDE of layers, interface and imaging using arrays.  As part of Theme 2, Jie is working on the development of new sensors and imaging techniques to be used for detection and characterisation of defects in pipelines.
