Mohammad, a PhD student at the University of Sheffield as part of CDT WIRe – Water Infrastructure and Resilience, under the supervision of Prof Kirill Horoshenkov and Joby Boxall, is dedicated to proactive water network management. His research involves developing novel data fusion methods to independently assess the accuracy and efficiency of various sensing technologies in realistic clean water pipe networks, using autonomous robotics and machine learning algorithms designed for minimal human intervention.
