Nick is an Experimental Officer in the Design and Fabrication of Small Inspection Robots at the University of Leeds. He holds a MEng degree in Mechatronics and Robotics and, through his PhD he developed a novel multi-axis 3D printer using robotic arms. Previously as a Research Fellow with the Future Manufacturing Processes group at the University of Leeds he worked on EPSRC funded projects developing micro-manufacturing apparatus for microfluidic and soft robotic applications.
