Abdelaziz is a researcher at the University of Leeds. He is interested in Wireless Communication Protocols, Federated Learning, Autonomous Systems, and Sensing. He has nine years of experience in Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology, and Management and has worked in different places both locally and internationally.

In Pipebots Theme 6, Abdelaziz’s work will mainly focus on ensuring that robots underground can communicate efficiently with each other and with the control points above the ground. This will help find problems and detect defects in buried pipelines quickly and effectively.
