Professor Joby Boxall from the University of Sheffield gave an invited keynote talk at: The International Water Association, Leakage Summit 2025 which took place in Nanning, China in October 2025. The title of his talk was ‘Managing leakage from ageing infrastructure’. and covered various leakage research from the University of Sheffield including EPSRC Pipebots, Ofwat Managing Background Leakage, and several EPSRC WIRe CDT projects. Over 300 participants attended the conference and there was a lot on interest in the technology developed by Pipebots.
